Use of Service

By accessing this site, you agree to these terms and applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the site and our services.

Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use: You will not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or infringe any third-party rights.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon written acknowledgment. Pricing on the catalog is indicative and subject to a written quote.

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified in writing.
A deposit may be required to secure a date; deposits are applied to the final invoice.
Payments are due per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge or the maximum allowed by law.
Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for partial refunds; non-refundable costs (permits, rentals) are excluded.

Content Rights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered images for agreed purposes. We may display work samples in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

License scope and duration are defined in the project agreement or invoice.
You may not resell or sublicense assets without written consent.
We retain moral rights and may credit our authorship where customary.
Model/property releases: You are responsible for ensuring necessary releases for your intended use unless we explicitly provide them in writing.

Limitations

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control. Some features, like local storage, require a compatible browser.

No consequential damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Service availability: Planned maintenance may temporarily affect availability; we strive to provide reasonable notice.
Force majeure: Events like natural disasters, strikes, or utility failures may excuse performance.
Governing law and venue: These terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of residence unless prohibited by law.
